enthusiastic Systems Engineers (Support Tech levels I,II,
and III) to support SBSI clients in San Diego county.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer
service skills a must.
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN
design, installation and administration utilizing
Microsoft Windows 2k servers, 2003 Servers, and Win
9.x – XP desktops.
- Specialized techniques for
disaster recovery, backup’s, anti-virus, and patch
management
- In-Depth working knowledge of
TCP/IP and Internet connectivity.
- Experience in
Internet/Intranet VPN installation and firewall,
configuration, and administration.
- Management of the DNS, mail
servers.
- Detailed knowledge of
switches and routers.
- Outstanding communication
skills with upper management, peers and customers.
- Exceptional analytical and
troubleshooting skills.
- Linux, MAC OS, Novell
experience a plus
- Certification: MCP - MCSE
