Christopher Shaw in 1999 with one goal in mind: to bring

to this goal, Mr. Shaw also had a vision to build a
company that for many years would be synonymous with
quality, respect, pride, and satisfaction. This
aspiration stemmed from observing a growing
disappointment with the I.T. industry and the diminished
quality of customer service as a result of cost cutting
in the industry.
